1. Services We provide domain registration, web development, SEO services, and digital solutions. All services are delivered as per agreed specifications.

2. Payments - All payments via UPI/Razorpay (INR only) - Domains: Annual renewal required - Web Development: 50% advance, 50% on delivery - SEO: Monthly recurring billing

3. Domain Services - Domains registered via NameSilo (reseller) - You own the domain; we manage renewals - No refunds on domain registrations

4. Refunds - Custom development: No refunds after work begins - Unused services: 7-day refund window - Domains: Non-refundable per ICANN policy
